Terri Theisen

Our principal consultant, Terri Theisen, brings forty years of leadership and executive experience to Theisen Consulting’s work with clients. Prior to launching a full-service management consulting firm, she served as a chief executive officer, chief operating officer, chief field operations officer, and regional vice president of local, regional, and national nonprofit organizations – all of which faced strategic and operational issues in a variety of rapidly-changing external environments.

Terri is an expert facilitator of small and large groups and collaborates with clients to provide insights into their needs and to help meet them. Theisen Consulting works with organizations with budgets of all sizes, ranging from smaller community-based organizations to complex healthcare and governmental entities with budgets in excess of $1B+ annually. She has gained knowledge from working in and with multiple operating models, governance modalities, and organizational structures.
